Wild Surge Console Command Issue

I have a specific question regarding setting Wild Surge parameters. I am just trying to set the wild surge to always go off as normal and I am unable to figure out how to change it. I can use all other console command functions except for Ctrl+H to set Wild Surge settings and I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I definitely used Ctrl+H on BG2EE on versions prior to 2.0. I was wondering if it is possible for you to set Wild Surge to always go off as a normal cast on BGEE and BG2EE. If anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate it. But I cannot figure out what to do next.

    Have you added SetPrivateProfileString('Game Options','WILD SURGE KEYS','1') to your baldur.lua file?

    Thank you for responding as quickly as you did. I had the command entered in, but I did not have all the WILD SURGE KEYS capitolized, which apparently is very necessary. Thank you very much.
