Moving PC Save game to iPad question

Hi Team
Complete novice question here apologies if its already been answered...
I have BG2EE on PC and iPad and want to move my PC save game to my iPad
Can anyone give me a simple foolproof step by step computer newbie guide to do this.
I'm using the latest version of ios on my iPad.
