Changing states from state.ids directly
Is it possible to change a creature's state - not a spell state, but a state from state.ids - directly by an action or effect? I know there are a few opcodes that set certain select flags, like STATE_HELPLESS or STATE_FEEBLEMIND, but is there a more general way somewhere in the nuances of modding?
