Priest spell Magic Resistance should not lower magic resistance

casting Magic Resistance at a low spell level on an enemy can for all practical purposes remove his magic resistance

this way a spell called "Magic Resistance" may easily be a better spell to lower magic resistance than a spell called "Lower (magic) Resistance"

this is unacceptable

magic resistance should only be able to increase magic resistance, or it should not be castable on enemies
