BGEE multiplayer connection issues

Looking for some help with BGEE multiplayer. Three of us are trying to get a game going (all on steam, all with the same version number, and all with the appropriate ports opened). Two of us can see and join each other's games in the beamdog multiplayer server, and the third can't. We can't use the direct connection button to connect by IP to the third guy either, but it works fine between the first two.

The weird thing is that the third dude sees a totally different list of available games - it's as if our installs are looking in totally different places for available games.

Anyone encountered this / successfully resolved it?

Are you all running either with or without Siege of Dragonspear? (as in everyone either doesn't have it installed or everyone has it installed)

Also what OS's are you each using?

Wouldn't you know it - the third guy does in fact have SoD installed. Is there a way to uninstall it separately, or do the two of us need to go pick it up?

    We're all on Windows 10.

There should be a checkbox in Steam that you can click (under DLC) for him to uninstall it.

That said, since SoD doesn't add anything to the BGEE portion of the game it should work regardless of whether or not it is installed. But removing it might help.

We tried this again last night - he did exactly that - removed it in Steam, and we were able to play no problem. Thanks very much for your help!
