Bug: Special Abilities refresh after dropping an NPC from the party.

I'm using a Windows PC. Here's the bug description:
Ajantis is in the party, with the "Lay on Hands" Special Ability, not used; then you use it, and drop him from the party.
Invite him to join the party again. He joins. What's the state of his Special Ability - unused or used? It's unused.
Dropping him from the party refreshes his Special Ability.
It's reproducible, too - just try it. Thanks!
