Cannot complete Neera Potion Quest

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
I got all of her items except belladonna, managed to secure one at Woodbark, return and she didnt take away the flower, there were only dialogue option:

Did you sort out problem with the voices in your head!

    Doesn't matter if you don't have the belladonna--she'll use the incomplete potion later on, and it still works. I'm of the impression that it's always supposed to be that way.

    She always took all the ingredients from me. Have you tried force talking to her?

    Neera only waits until you complete the chapter 10 mission (or something close to it, in terms of main plot progression), after that her quest fails. When not in party, that phrase indicates she no longer needs the items.

    Thank you, that miss I miss the 6K gold and 18K xp as a result.

    I dont think that is very smart considering I never intentionally trigger the C11 progression
