Dorn's 3rd quest trigger?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
My Dorn is level 22 from grinding in Watcher's keep waiting for his final quest to trigger and I have all evil characters save Jahiera. Been saving her to sacrifice, but this final quest won't trigger? I've done all of the chapter 3 quests besides poisoning the druids font thing since she flips out and leaves; even completed Watcher's keep. Surely by now it should have triggered? I have traveled back and force around the map waiting for the cut scene from that Demon and nothing happens. At this point should I Just give up as it's bugged, or am I missing something? I even went back to the helmite camp thinking maybe I had to kill them all and maybe missed one but, nope, they're all dead. Any suggestions?
