Does in enchanced edition ogre mage in gullykin can still drop haste scroll like in vanilla?
I killed him so many times and i lost hope.

He doesn't drop a haste scroll in EE , but you can find one with a mage in cloakwood mines.

What i need to do to get there? im on act II and tried already go there but i can't.

if you're in chapter 2, you'll need to find out what's going on with the Nashkel mines and then deal with the bandit camp. That will unlock cloakwood.

I am in chapter 3, finished the Naskel mines and the bandit camp but Cloakwood is still not on my map. ???

If you got the letters from the chest in the bandit camp, you should be able to access cloak wood from the west side of the Friendly Arm Inn.

Holding the letters should make it appear on the world map.
