Must use mods for BGEE

Hi all
I played all the infinity engine games many moons ago, but when I played them I finished each about 5 times.
Recently got all of the EE titles and is starting with BGEE.
I installed the NPC mod and I am really enjoying all the banter and interaction.
Which other mods are a *must* have for BGEE that enhances the base game a lot without changing the rules too much, and works well in BGEE with the NPC mod installed?

Harder game..... SCS without doubt.
Some tying up of loose ends, some extra content based on what is in the game.... Unfinished Business.
Sex..... Romantic Encounters (that includes some extra content as well but usually involves sex. Had to uninstall, my poor Charname was exhausted by the end, in no fit state to fight Sarevok)
Funniest thing is the name, "ROMANTIC" encounters. Well that is an euphemism if ever there was.
The Slyth and Kristin part was........ just so romantic, real hearts and flowers stuff.
Not so sure I'd call it realistic though,
"Excuse me love, fancy a kinky quickie before we kill each other".
"Sure, why not, we haven't just slogged through the sewers and it's not like I have anything better to do".
Spell & Item Revisions help to close many 'loopholes' in the game. Item Randomiser keeps things fresh. Several NPC mods are of high quality e.g. Kivan, Keto. Tweak mods are indispensable. Quest mods tend to be of variable quality, but Lava's are often recommended. Be careful with the content you add though, many a new player has installed a ton of low quality mods in a megamod installation and found the resulting experience to be lacking...

Those are the ones I can't play with (also, BGT and TobEx if I'm not playing EE), but there are many more that I use in almost every single install.
