Animate dead summons only Warrriors?

Hi guys,
I have a BG1EE installed with v2.0.62.2. Which actually puts the animate dead in the Sorcerous Sundries, but the spell at level 9 seems to spawn only skeleton warriors( i think the same ones you meet in Durlag level 1). Aren't the warriors supposed to spawn after level 15?
I'm using UB and BGTweaks mods(very limited use of them, no item/creature tweaks), but i don't think its from them.

    The EE changes / smooths the progression. So rather than skeletons up to level 15 and fully fledged skeleton warriors thereafter there are several varieties of skeleton warriors with gradually improving stats - still though getting to the same eventual standard at level 15.
