How to import items to new game?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Items from SoA can go to ToB. But from SoA to SoA? I mean for insane difficulty run, I need my buddies with their eq.

    If your system supports EEKeeper then just add them in with that, if not you can probably activate and use the console. I usually go for solo runs on Insane and all i give myself at the start is a bag of holding, you tend to gear up fast i find if you know the right places to hit. If you are prepared to abuse potions of Thievery you can make as much money as you desire then just buy out the Adventurers Mart, there's a LOT of really powerful gear he sells, plus you can hit up the bonus merchants.
