Need help to make a mod to toggle a "Distance Estimation Informer"

Greetings
I have been using NI quite a bit, and The next thing I want to do is to add a feature to make it possible to be informed of the distance (in feets) between you and your cursor, or between two points. This is intended to make it possible to estimate the range of AOE spells.
Any kickstart?

NEXT: In the creation menu, when rerolling for stats, add a limit for that rerolling, so that the button gets greyed out until you accept what you get or wait xxx time inside the game menu(would be great that a variable gets loaded when starting the game from windows that controls how much time left is needed to ungrey the button)
