Getting an error trying to get EE: Trilogy

New to the forums

I have EE1+Dragonspire, and EE2
Moved both folders out of steamapps and into their own folders as reccomended.
Ran that weird "modmerge" thing in the EE1 folder.
Started to do process to get the trilogy thing going and I got the above error, any ideas? ???.
Was then going to use "Big World Set-Up" and then start playing...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

EDIT: It turns out I have registered on this forum 2 years ago, did install one mod, and that mod is incompatible... So hopefully when I get a clean install I can sort this out...
