How do I get back to the Hive once I find Annah? (Spoilers)

So, I opted to stay underground because there was a quest I hadn't turned in. Now I can't seem to find a way out of the Buried Village and back to the Hive. I've tried all of Annah's dialogue options, I think. What am I missing? I got to the Buried Village by dying and waking up in Marta's home, so I am not sure how to get out.

    You'll just have to hoof it backwards I think. Where did you die from?

    I just figured it out--the area just north of Marta's home was covered by fog-of-war, and I thought I had explored everything. I died in the Trash Warrens before I finished exploring it and ended up at Marta's. So that's why I never had that area explored and couldn't find it.
