BG2 - iPad - Despana Treasury Key doesn't open Despana Treasury room

So I'm in the drow city, and I'm trying to replace the Silver Dragon's eggs with the fake ones. I have Phaedra's treasury key in my inventory but it doesn't seem to be opening the door.

I'm on the iPad version. I just played through BG1 on this, and I just assumed that the save export features from that would be available on BG2... oops. Now I'm kind of stuck here, not sure how to continue, or move my save to a computer to cheat the door open... Help?
