Is there an Area list somewhere for BG2:EE areas?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
There's an area list for all the areas in BG2 here: http://www.gemrb.org/iesdp/appendices/area_lists/bg2aref.htm

But it doesn't have any of the new areas added in BG2:EE, which would be really useful for modding. Is there a list anywhere?
