Who is Leshe? (Quell mentions her while cursing)

Quell says "By Leshe's six teats and her swollen tummy. . . ." I was tried to search for "Leshe Planescape" on the internet and came up with nothing. I'm just curious what mythos I'm missing out on.

    The closest to some mythological name I could find was "Leshy" , from Russian folklore...

    They call me Leshe... because I like to imbibe. The six teats are just a rumor (really), but the tummy does indeed seem to get a little more swollen every year.

    Yeah, except he is male and humanoid and this seems to suggest a pregnant four-legged mammal. I assumed she would be in a D&D pantheon, but I had no luck finding her.
