COAXMETAL problems

in Troubleshooting
1) i cannot talk to him. His name appears, but no marker. Ive tried zooming in and tapping, but no go.
Happens all the time.

2)he once had a moving right arm, but that's not there anymore.


Ipaf pro9.7 128gb, new.
No mods.

Not sure how to access saved games.

Please help.
