The Ring of Fallen Stars (possible spoilers)

in Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition
If you try to sell the Ring of Fallen Stars in a shop, you are offered 1 CP for it. This is the same as in the original game but I feel it's a bit low for an item that can be used to cast Meteor Storm Bombardment, an 8th level spell! :smile:

Is this a bug, or is it working as intended?

    The item is sold for 1 CP because it doesn't have any charges to begin with. This doesn't affect the item's usefulness as you can still trigger a single charge of the Meteor spell. However, because of this you can't sell it for the full price (which is 4000 CP).
