Neera consistency in SOD

I started a new run of SoD and this time i continued it from BGEE. In the catacomb it looks fine for my Neera, as she has all the spells and items loaded from BGEE.
Later when I recruited her in Bridgefort she no longer has the consistency: less spells, previous items gone, less exp, etc. It seems like this Neera is a new Character than the previous one, with default exp, items and spells.
On the other hand, Jaheira doesn't have this issue and is pretty consistent as long as I stick to BGEE-SoD.
Now here is my question: this is intentional or should it be considered as a bug?

got "Neera7" deleted and "Neera” back @ BD2100 with DLTCEP, thanks anyway.
