BGEE-SoD romance continuity?

Do the BGEE "romances" (more "flirts" really) continue in SoD? More precisely, do the SoD romances differ in their content depending on what happened in BGEE (e.g., does Neera's romance in SoD differ if the BGEE "phase" ended in the "kiss")?
