Why can't my shifter dual class to fighter?

She has 18 Str 12 dex 18 con 3 int 18 wis and 18 charisma. She should be able to dual class right? She's human and she's level 2. I can't figure out what I did wrong.

    This is weird. You need 17 STR, 15 WIS and 15 CHA to make this Dual-Class happen and there's no alignment restrictions since Fighters can be anything. You're talking about a Shapeshifter right?
    I just made a Shapeshifter with those stats on Shadowkeeper and I was able to Dual Class to a Fighter on lvl 2.

    Guys... >.< I t was like 2 in the morning. I forgot to actually level up to level 2 before I tried to dual class. XD
