Nalia is abducted bug (Spoilers)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hi, as per the title I have reached the point in the game when Nalia is arrested, however neither Khellor Ahmson nor Barg have been summoned to give me clues on how to rescue her. I killed Officer Dirth for the slave documents but I can neither talk to Barg for a verdict nor enter the Roenall estate. I think this happened because Gorion's ward was inside a different building when Nalia happened to be captured, so there may have been some confusion. I read another discussion saying this could be fixed by setting the global variable NALIAARRESTED to '1', but it is already at 1. Perhaps someone has a CLUAConsole code to summon in Barg?

    Hey,

    The Clua command to summon Khellor Amhson is:

    C:CreateCreature("KHELLOR")

    He will speak to you automatically.

    If Barg doesn't spawn automatically in the Docks after you have spoken to Khellor, you can create him by entering:

    C:CreateCreature("NALBARG")
