Original Dragonlance and Baldur's Gate

The greatest story ever told... Baldur's Gate. And it sure does bring back memories of reading Dragonlance Chronicles 1-3. I know you could find similarities between Baldur's Gate characters and most any D&D novel, but this is who reminds me of who:

Khalid or Kivan - Tanis Half-Elven
Ajantis - Sturm Brightblade
Branwen - Goldmoon (kind of)
? - Riverwind
Minsc - Caramon Majere
Edwin - Raistlin Majere
Yeslick - Flint Fireforge
Montaron - Tasslehoff Burrfoot
Shar-Teel - Tika Waylan

    I have fond memories of Dragonlance. Imoen more like Tika to me.

    No reason you couldn't make a full party of the heroes of the lance in BG. I'm sure the stats are easy to find...

    Definitely not Khalid for Tanis, he's too much of a....well, you know. Kivan fits nicely though.
