Scale of Souls?

Is it possible to get a mod like the Scale of Souls mod from Qwinn's Tweak Pack (apparently originally by scient) working in EE? It's easily the biggest mod I want for the game.

    At the risk of replying to a dead thread: I really liked that mod as well. I remember it being considered a powergaming mod, but I rather liked it. Now that we have a console in EE, I'd like to be able to see alignment values in-game, rather than having to pick through the relevant file.
