Has he changed location in the EE-version? Just bought the EE-version and it's not that long ago I at least played a 4th of the game so I remember him. But he is not there and I've searched the whole areamap. Do I need to a console-command to get him to appear or what?

    He should be just south and east of the marketplace, but he does wander around, sometimes I have seen him nearly down to the Office of Vermin and Disease Control. Did you get the quest yet?
