Bizarre Death

Hi there!

I was having a more or less smooth ironman run (kivan and viconia saw lightning) when I received the death cinematic while in Ramazith's home.

It was very weird, I was with my group on the 2nd level, I used kagain to pull the hogoblins from the third, when they came I just double feared them and everything was fine, I went into my inventory to swap arrows then came the cinematic, I couldn't see anything on the log showing damage to my main character and all the portraits were black which is unusual..

I dismissed it since it is obviously some kind of bug..I just wonder if anyone knows something about this.

    I've seen that quite a few times, though I haven't noticed a particular pattern for when it triggers. I dislike reloading even for bugs, but with this one where the portrait disappears I don't really see much option.
