How to enable cheats?

Hello,

is there a way to enable cheats? The "Baldur.ini" file that everyone is mentioning is missing in my version (latest BG:EE download via Beamdog Client).

I just need some sweet, sweet coins. :) I don't want to go super hard while learning the game.
