Lost Decanter of Endless Water

I lost the decanter of endless water when Morte was hauled off by the wererats. Now I can't recruit Ignus. Does anyone know how I can get the decanter back again?

    It looks like the code is DECANT so if you activate the console with Ctl-Space and enter C:CreateItem("DECANT") then it should appear in your protagonist's inventory if there is an open slot.
    If you had already gotten the command word to activate it, then use DECANT2.
