Jaheira doesn't return from the Harpers' hold

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Jaheira (which I am currently romancing) was summoned by Meronia to the Harper Hold. I thought to myself "that's cool", and started doing sidequests. I did stuff, rested a lot, rested once out of Athkatla, stuff happened, and... Nothing yet. Jaheira does not return.

Any ideas?

    She returns after you rest once. She is supposed to initiate dialogue, but I've seen cases where she spawns but doesn't approach. So she is waiting for you wherever it is you first rested after she left.
