High Res Spell Artwork

Hi all,
For a project I am working on, I am looking for a high res version of some of the artwork of the individual spells from the priest spellbook in Baldur's Gate. So, ideally, it would be a large version (without the grainy tome background) of the logos for individual spells. Is that something anyone has done before? Any resources you could point me towards?
