Picking things up again

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I was running a fighter/mage multi but got a little sidetracked and havent played in a year. Got to the Underdark and was beginning to kick some serious butt (f/m multis really come into their own with improved haste). I would really like to pick things up again.

The problem is I got rid of my old computer (the savefile is safe!). I had mods installed (g3tweaks and item upgrade) but i dont remember which tweaks I had running. Could this mess with the savefile? Is there anything I should do before trying to run the savegame?

    Tweaks shouldn't be a problem, as long as you install the item upgrade mod so you don't have any orphaned items and one of the tweaks packages then you should be able to load the save game.
