Bug/Glitch?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
There's something seriously wrong here. Any ideas what might be causing this? Anyone else experience anything like this before?

    Are you using mods? I have noticed a very similar issue with one of the Tweaks Anthology components recently.

    Those are definitely some messed up dialogue strings.

    Yes, that's exactly the one I'm using.

    It should be possible to fix the issue by uninstalling the responsible mod component (Exotic Item Pack). However, stores you have already visited at least once will remain unchanged since they are included in your saves.
