Help! Jansen's portrait not changing.

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
This little bugger's portrait is not changing. I put it in Override folder with the name "NJANM" and "NJANS"

The folder itself is in correct location because my other NPC's potrait has changed.

The M pic is 169 x 266 BMP and the S pic is 54 x 84 BMP

Can anyone help?

    I tried your portraits and they work on my game but they have the wrong name. Your "NJANL" should be "NJANM" and your "NJANM" should be "NJANS". The actual large picture needed for the epilogue is 210x330 in size.

    So if they really don't work for you, idk what to tell you except that you may really have put them in the wrong folder.

    Note for anyone who want to try the portraits: Vanilla does something weird with pictures posted as attachment, so if you just try to save the image you'll get a .jpg version. You need to copy the image link and paste it in your address bar.
