[Help] Which mods for SoD only?

I just completed BGEE with all the mods I wanted and purchased SoD. It installed as a separate installation in a new folder. I want to import my final save from BGEE to SoD. I am confused about two things:

1) Which mods make sense for SoD? Since I completed BGEE stuff like Unfinished Business is no longer required for me. Which mods are still useful for SoD? I'd like to have SCS, but heard it's not supported in SoD.

2) Erm, how do install them? I used BWS for BGEE and it worked out magnificently. I head about ModMerge for SoD. Is this the thing?

1) check out https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/50340/bg-ee-2-0-and-siege-of-dragonspear-compatible-mods/p1, it usually has a comment if the mod is available for SoD or not. Thee is not a whole lot of them.
2) You need to use modmerge if your gaming platform is Steam or GoG. No need to use it when playing through the Beamdog Client. As for installing: most mods should have easy installs available.
