Client crash on download

in Beamdog Client
So I start the client, log in, click the button on the right to download NWN:EE and the BeamDog client crashes, no info just instant crash.

How to go about debugging?

    Hi! Could you first confirm for me, are you using the old Beamdog Client, or the new one?

    I just downloaded it today from the email I got after purchasing NWN:EE so I think the new one but that depends on if the email contains the updated version or not

    Does it look something like this?

    It does not, its white and the games are listed in the center instead

    Downloaded the new client from the website and it is working fine now :) thanks. Seems like it was just the purchase email had an out of date client.
