Character Model Vanished, from skipping cutscene

I started up Hordes of the Underdark, and used Esc to skip through the various cutscenes that take place in the tavern prior to descending into the underdark.
The result is my character being stuck invisible and seeing no name above where my character should be when pressing the tooltip key, saving and reloading did not fix the issue.
It happened on the cutscene before the drow fight specifically and may be related to the casting of darkness, it's not reproducible 100% consistently.

Windows 8.1

If anyone can pass this on to the proper bug report channel, I'd appreciate it. I'm unable to at this moment.

    I'm filing a bug now in the public tracker.

    Are you able to reproduce this behavior? Are you able to continue your game normally if you restart and don't skip the cutscene?

    I did it a bunch of times and did eventually get it to happen again, although it's not every time.
    A majority of the time, the issue didn't occur when skipping the cut scene, although it did still occur on occasion.
    I imagine there's a certain timing to it that I haven't figured out.
