Head Start Toolset Location?

As the title suggests, I'm having difficulty finding the toolset. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

C:\Users\[user]\Beamdog Library\00829\bin\win32

Just use the 'Open Game Location' from the options menu in the Beamdog Client, then go to bin\win32 and the nwtoolset executable is there.
