Slow downloads

Dunno whether its just overload from the NWN release and it's not at all a major issue so don't spend too much time or resources fixing this.
But the NWN Head Start digital deluxe Client is downloading awfully slow. It hangs around 50-100 kbs and i know my connection can do much faster and does so on other platforms. Am i missing some Peer2Peer enabler somewhere?
