Romance Between SoA and ToB

Hi all,

Quick question; is there an 'end' to the romances in SoA that I have to hit before doing ToB, or do they just keep going from wherever I was in ToB? I just went through the end game of SoA and seem to have started ToB, but I saw in a post a list of dialogues with viconia and I haven't hit all of them...do I have to go back and time skip until stuff will happen again?

Viconia romance spoiler:
I had just gotten to the one where she got attacked by Lolth's minions, this happened in the elf city at the end. Is there more I have to complete before that or will I have the chance to just keep doing more now in Chapter 8/Throne of Ball?

    There is more to Viconia's romance path on ToB.

    Sorry but that doesn't actually answer my question. Is there a cutoff between the two campaigns? Like am I missing content if I go to ToB without having reached a certain point in the romance? Or does it just keep going from wherever I was in SoA?
