Item cast confusion or domination

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
Hi,

I cannot remember, is there any items, wands, or somthing else, with a spell of domination or confusion/chaos?
I would like to play as an invoker in bgee, and this is the only vital spell, that this spec mage cannot cast.

    Gregan's Harp, found in Ulgoth's Beard, casts Domination. But it's only for Bards, so that doesn't exactly help.

    There are no wands for such a spell. Closest thing is Wands of Fear.

    You don't really need domination with the two Charm Cloaks. They throw all charm-like spells out the window lol.

    Ahh yes that's right, the Nymph's Cloak and Algernon's Cloak both have charm abilities, and additionally a +2 to your Charisma while equipped. Anyone can use those.

    I had to stop using the charm ability of Algernon's Cloak in BG1, as found it was really unbalancing the game!

    That's because there should be limited charges on his cloak. The fact it is unlimited does make it massively unbalanced.
