Anyone know what to do? Help meh

I was trying to swap ownership of my Program Filex86 so I could edit BG1/BG2 files. I installed these from a GameStop app and it would only install in that file for some reason.

During the swap ownership process I get this.

    Seems like an issue of rights in Windows 7. Can you run as administrator or something? I'm grasping at straws and probably am not much help, but access denied is usually OS related.

    Also, right click the file in question you're moving/editing, go into the security tab, make sure your profile you're logged in under has all rights to do everything. Just another shot in the dark.

    I used window's command prompt to run everything as administrator

    So I uninstalled Mcafee because it's useless anyways, I managed to swap ownership over to my profile/account user thingy and I still get accesse denied when I go to change baldur.ini
