Cleric Spells

i Cant understand why cleric have level 5 spells with TOSC pack..
Cleric never cast level 5 spell because of level cap..
this is a bug or something else ??

    if i cant cast level 5 spells why i will play pure cleric

    fighter/Cleric seems much more fun :)

    At 90k experience Druids reach level 9, granting access to 5th level priest spells. Clerics require 225k experience to reach level 9, granting level 5 spells. The cap is 181k under ToTSC.

    Its not really a bug and won't be applicable to BGEE.
