Actually it exists metamagic.2da but it seems non-working feature.

Would it be possible to have the possibility to add new metamagic talents?
Would it be great to have also the metamagic "Heighten Spell"

    It should be on the Trello to request along with custom spellbooks, you should search around to find all the ones to vote on since they have some of them split up.

    While you can't make new metamagic feats right now I think you can make metamagic rods.
