Just a minor suggestion - the new blur is a tad too strong

The faces of people even 20 feet away from my character are completely blurred, hurts my eyes after a while. I'd say the effect needs to be cut in half until much further way.

The Depth of Field is likely the filter that you're referring to.
I believe that at the moment, the scaling value of the depth of field is at least partially based off of the size of the level you're in.
(I know that doesn't help, but if you're noticing inconsistencies, that might be one reason).
