Stuttering while playing

Having this strange issue wherever if I move around my camera stutters as my character moves and turns.

Try changing your sound setting in the game. Do not use the last one at all. There is a post somewhere on the forum saying someone having the same issue you are having, that changing their sound from the very last one in the list solved their problem.
