New Keybinds for Hotkey bar

Don't know if this has been mentioned. I know in the stream they talked about a huge UI overhaul, and I hope this is part of it.
The major problem is that a lot of laptops these days use the F-keys for multimedia features now, that can't be de-activated except through the bios. Can be a little problematic for a lot of people. I know personally I had to change it over to work as function keys, and it's become slightly inconvenient for me not having quick access to the multimedia keys.
I've also got a lot of friends who are way to stupid to try to explain how to use the system bios so they can use their hotkeys, so being able to change them to a different set of keys in game would be best.
