Request - Make dynamic creature heads 50-99 show up in the toolset

What it says on the tin. It's been a minor annoyance for a long time, and it's probably pretty easy to fix. Seeing the helmet heads among the flesh-faces might be a little odd, but anyone who wants to can override those with something else.
