NWNX - Never coded for it - Where to start?

While I did code a lot of things for Neverwinter Nights including the horse scripts and some others in the official 1.69 Bioware patch, NPC ACTIVITIES, and some other things, I never really used NWNX for much other than the profiler. Why? I wasn't building Persistent Worlds. I was trying to build things that the average player could easily use without having to install SQL or something of that nature in order to use my module.
I've been told that NWNX can do a lot now without requiring SQL be installed. Also I could potentially use a Docker Image if I wanted to make something people could use that is already configured and has SQL.
What I'd like to know is if there is any handy guide or links people can recommend that will assist in getting started using NWNX.
